About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and a chance to develop core accounting skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Issue and process cheques while maintaining accurate payment records.
Prepare tax invoices, credit notes, debit notes and Letter of Credit (LC) application forms.
Respond to internal enquiries and provide administrative support across various departments.
Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

Diploma in Accounting (LCC Level 3 or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial documents accurately.
Good communication skills for internal stakeholder interaction.
