Analyst IV – Laboratory Chemistry

About the role

We are seeking an Analyst IV to apply chemistry laboratory expertise to test and measure product and material samples in a regulated environment. The role ensures all analyses are performed according to established SOPs, analytical methods and current compendia, supporting the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Store, manage and track samples including drug product, finished product, complaints, stability and packaging material.
• Perform analytical testing and document results for GxP‑compliant drug and stability samples.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events and special case scenarios within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
• Support execution of method validation and verification activities.
• Process orders accurately and meet defined deadlines, ensuring no waiting times caused by errors.
• Maintain inspection readiness and adhere to GMP, GSU and SOP guidelines.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a chemistry laboratory environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of GxP, GMP and SOP compliance.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation.
