Associate Clinical Trial Manager (PhD/Post‑Doc) – Gastrointestinal

About the role

Medpace is seeking a recent PhD or post‑doctoral researcher with a background in gastrointestinal science to join its Clinical Trial Management team in Singapore as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager. The role provides an intensive training period and a fast‑track path into clinical project administration, supporting project coordinators and senior managers on global studies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project coordinators, clinical trial managers and global study teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Prepare and maintain study status reports within the clinical trial management system.
• Interact with sponsors, study sites and third‑party vendors, coordinating meetings and documenting minutes.
• Oversee regulatory filing systems and manage study supplies.
• Create and update project timelines, ensuring alignment with study milestones.

Required profile

• PhD in Life Sciences with research experience focused on gastrointestinal therapeutics.
• Strong English communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Motivation to translate academic expertise into clinical project management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Windows‑based computer applications.
