Chief of Staff to the President & Co-Founder

About the role

The Chief of Staff partners directly with the President & Co‑Founder of Caldecott Music Group, providing strategic, financial and operational support across a global portfolio of music‑related businesses. This high‑visibility role acts as a force multiplier, shaping decisions on M&A, partnerships and long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, partnerships and capital allocation.
• Conduct valuation analyses, including DCF and comparable company studies.
• Track performance metrics and align KPIs with group objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end M&A processes, manage due diligence and virtual data rooms.
• Support commercial structuring of global partnerships and joint ventures.
• Produce market intelligence and investor‑relations materials.
• Act as a strategic proxy for the President, driving cross‑functional initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate workflows using AI and CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning and M&A execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data.
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for board‑level and investor presentations.
