Associate Manager, Finance

About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded, analytical, and highly collaborative Finance Business Partner to join our Singapore team, focusing on the Joint Replacement and Trauma Business. The role acts as a strategic bridge between Finance and local operations, supporting commercial and marketing stakeholders with financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and performance analysis for the Singapore Joint Replacement and Trauma businesses, providing clear explanations of financial fluctuations.
• Conduct financial reviews with business leaders, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial leaders on go‑to‑market planning, growth initiatives, and ad‑hoc financial modelling.
• Manage the financial planning and reporting process, including weekly forecasts, month‑end closings, budgets, and strategic planning.
• Prepare management reports such as sales analysis, monthly packs, P&L, expense tracking, and cash flow.
• Support sales operations, pricing, and performance tracking, and contribute to business process optimisation projects.
• Streamline internal reporting using Business Intelligence tools and improve templates for efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A; CPA certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate complex financial concepts.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement, automation, and managing multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with consolidation tools such as Hyperion Financial Management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or JDE).
• Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools, especially Power BI.
• Knowledge of digital tools like Copilot and automation solutions.
