Senior FP&A Analyst – APAC

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst, APAC partners with regional leadership and corporate finance to drive financial planning, reporting and performance management across the Asia‑Pacific region. This highly visible individual contributor role provides actionable insights to support strategic decisions and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly close reporting, variance analysis and narrative commentary for senior management.
• Lead the APAC quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process end‑to‑end, including template design, data loading and stakeholder follow‑through.
• Own standard regional reporting, ensuring high data integrity and identifying automation opportunities.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses such as divisional P&L profitability and pricing to influence business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Hyperion/HFM, Encompass, Oracle, SAP or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
