About the role
Join Sedgwick as a Manager for Loss Adjusting Services, reporting directly to the CEO in Singapore. You will lead a team of adjusters, develop technical support strategy, and drive business growth while representing Sedgwick’s vision and values.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a claims load, ensuring high‑quality professional work throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough investigations, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements in line with client contracts.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings and communicate with insureds, carriers, brokers, and witnesses.
- Provide technical advice to team members and support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with operational, health & safety, and quality procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (ACLA, CILA, CIP, ANZIIF).
- Minimum three years of leadership or managerial experience in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims handling, and settlement negotiation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
