Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

Join a global team that supports leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in delivering clinical trials worldwide. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide both administrative and technical support to project teams, ensuring audit readiness and smooth site activation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to the task matrix.
• Perform internal, country and investigator file reviews and document findings.
• Process documents for the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), conduct eTMF reviews and distribute communications.
• Review and track local regulatory documents and maintain vendor trackers.
• Assist with the compilation and distribution of Investigator Site Files (ISF) and pharmacy binders.
• Support study‑specific translation materials and perform translation quality control.
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports and help resolve site documentation issues.
• Communicate risks proactively to project leads and line managers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and department guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks on time and within budget.
• Effective communication skills for risk reporting and stakeholder interaction.
• Willingness to act as a buddy for onboarding new staff and contribute to process improvements.
