International Growth Practice Senior Associate – Pharma & Healthcare

About the role

PwC’s International Growth Practice is seeking a Senior Associate with pharma and healthcare expertise to help leading organisations expand globally, optimise supply chains and build resilient operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market expansion strategies, including market, consumer and competitor assessments.
• Design entry scenarios, channel strategies, operating model designs and partner selection.
• Conduct global and regional site selection for HQs, R&D, manufacturing and production facilities.
• Perform global talent assessments and supplier portfolio realignment to support rebalanced supply chains.
• Lead client workshops and discussions with senior executives of corporations and governments.
• Support business development, build pipelines and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and industry associations.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in pharma or healthcare, either in management consulting or industry strategy/general‑management roles.
• Experience in growth markets such as Southeast Asia, China, India, Middle East, Latin America, Africa or CEE.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder engagements across countries and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
