About the role
Reachfield Security, a Grade A agency, is seeking a Night Shift Security Officer for a mall in Upper Thomson, Singapore. The role involves safeguarding premises during a 12‑hour fixed night shift and providing a safe environment for visitors and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Issue visitor and contractor passes and manage clock‑in/out records.
- Patrol the mall premises, monitor access points and respond to incidents.
- Protect client property through effective access control and surveillance.
- Maintain a visible presence in a commercial environment such as malls, factories, or warehouses.
Required profile
- Good customer service skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels.
- PC literate and able to use basic computer systems.
- Valid security licence and completion of the four mandatory WSQ modules for PWM‑SO.
- Willingness to work a fixed 12‑hour night shift.
