Pharmacy Manager – Compounding Hub (2-Year Contract)

About the role

The National University Hospital is establishing Singapore's first GMP‑compliant sterile drug compounding hub. This senior‑level position will lead the operational, governance and business functions of the hub, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant service delivery across a network of healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational, administrative and business functions of the compounding hub, ensuring GMP‑compliant and efficient service delivery across the hub‑and‑spoke network.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, facilities operations and support services to maintain operational readiness and service continuity.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational KPIs, service standards and performance dashboards to drive service excellence.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, process optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Head of the Compounding Hub.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements for sterile drug compounding.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in sterile or cytotoxic compounding environments.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale healthcare operations or similar complex service delivery.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality‑assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, greenfield project setting.
