Sales & Operations Executive – Construction Building Materials

About the role

The Sales & Operations Executive will drive sales growth and oversee operational activities for a leading construction building materials provider. This role combines strategic sales planning with hands‑on operational management to ensure targets are met across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company sales goals.
• Coordinate daily operations related to construction and quarry activities.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers in the building‑materials sector.
• Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to stay competitive.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in an engineering‑related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in construction and quarry operations (preferred).
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
