About the role

Stamford American International School is seeking a qualified School Nurse to join its Health & Safety team. The role involves delivering comprehensive health and first‑aid services within a vibrant, multicultural educational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide health and first‑aid care to students and staff on two campuses.
• Maintain safe, functional first‑aid areas and restock kits for on‑site and off‑site needs.
• Assess, treat, and document illnesses, injuries, and accidents, referring to external medical services when required.
• Offer first‑line counselling and identify students at risk, referring them to appropriate parties.
• Securely administer medications and monitor students with special health needs.
• Act as a health resource for staff, students, and parents, promoting healthy lifestyles and health education.
• Notify teachers of student sick‑leave needs and support student accountability.
• Maintain accurate health records, monitor incidents, and contribute to data‑base communication.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Experience in a school environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality, timely nursing care to the school community.
