Senior Manager - Business & Corporate Banking (Account Relationship)

About the role

HL Bank Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business & Corporate Banking account relationships. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and driving profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new accounts and manage existing corporate accounts to meet profitability targets.
• Promote and sell a wide range of banking products and services to commercial and corporate segments.
• Cross‑sell products to generate revenue growth for the department.
• Grow New‑To‑Bank clients in line with credit guidelines from the Head Office.
• Adopt a client‑oriented approach to build successful, profitable relationships.
• Ensure compliance with AML, internal policies, regulatory guidelines, SOPs and manuals.
• Perform credit analyses and prepare proposals for lending to construction and real‑estate sectors by the end of the probation period.

Required profile

• Proven experience in acquiring and managing corporate banking accounts.
• Ability to cross‑sell banking products and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of AML and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Capability to conduct credit analysis and prepare lending proposals for construction and real‑estate projects.
