Tender Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Our client, a reputable building and construction firm in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Tender Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage pre‑contract activities and the full tendering lifecycle for LTA and building projects. This senior role offers the chance to work on high‑profile construction projects and collaborate with a dynamic, employee‑centric team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and monitor projects on tender platforms such as Sesami and GeBIZ.
• Develop proposals for RFPs, RFQs and tenders and ensure timely submission.
• Conduct quantity measurements and cost estimations within deadlines.
• Prepare and evaluate tender quotations and recommend subcontractor/supplier awards.
• Assist in cost budgeting, track design/construction changes and update projections.
• Review and prepare contracts and agreements for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Certify progress, manage contract variations and submit monthly progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with SIA & REDAS Form of Contract Administration and SOP Act requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pre‑contract QS or tendering roles on the contractor side.
• Experience with LTA or building projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SIA & REDAS contracts, SOP Act, tendering procedures and contract administration.

Required skills
