About the role
We are seeking an experienced accountant on an urgent three‑month contract to support our finance team in the East region of Singapore. The role starts in mid‑November and offers a competitive monthly remuneration.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and related financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Support audit, tax, GST, SGX and REIT regulatory compliance activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, trustees, property managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Required profile
- Eligible to work in Singapore on a contract basis.
- Available to start mid‑November for a three‑month period.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processes.
What we offer
- Monthly salary between SGD 4,000 and SGD 5,000.
