Executive - Private Bank, Investment Counsellor

About the role

The Executive – Private Bank Investment Counsellor will join HL Bank Singapore’s Investment Counselling team. Reporting to the Head of Investment Counsellors, the role focuses on designing investment strategies and supporting relationship managers in managing high‑net‑worth client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate investment strategies and collaborate with relationship managers to manage client portfolios.
• Develop, monitor, and follow up on new trading ideas for the fixed‑income asset class.
• Co‑create and enhance product solutions together with the Head of Investment Counsellors.
• Maintain the product solutions platform and provide targeted training as needed.
• Research industry trends, identify opportunities or threats, and devise action plans to grow market share.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to design and implement products and services that meet customer needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance before launching new products and campaigns.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Head of Investment Counsellors.
• Works closely with relationship managers, product teams, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
