Finance & Treasury Manager – Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Treasury Manager to lead the financial operations of a Single Family Office (SFO). The role spans financial reporting, capital management, banking, office finance, and regulatory compliance, providing end‑to‑end ownership of the function.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Accounting: maintain books, coordinate audits, manage corporate tax, statutory filings and transfer pricing for the SFO and related entities.
• Capital & Portfolio Management: track portfolio performance and AUM, reconcile capital accounts, handle capital calls/distributions, and oversee fund administration including subscriptions, KYC and tax forms.
• Banking & Treasury Operations: manage banking and custodian relationships, maintain accounts, execute transfers/payments per authorization matrices, and conduct multi‑currency cash management.
• Office Operations & Internal Finance: process SFO expenses, vendor fees, lease, payroll and CPF, manage vendor contracts, and prepare budgets and reports for senior leadership.
• Compliance & Regulatory: maintain AML/CFT records, file CRS/FATCA reports, and renew insurance policies such as D&O and professional indemnity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, fund administration or related operations (family office, fund administrator, private bank or financial‑services audit preferred).
• Degree in finance/accounting; CA, CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus.
• Strong reliability, meticulousness, discretion and sound judgment with the ability to work independently and know when to escalate.
