M&E BIM Coordinator (Senior Executive)

About the role

The client is a global EPC leader delivering ultra‑clean and sustainable facilities for high‑tech industries. As an M&E BIM Coordinator you will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring design accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models and drawings for tender, construction, shop, coordination and as‑built stages.
• Review and clarify engineering and architectural designs to meet project requirements.
• Support the design team in producing detailed site plans, layouts, sections, elevations and technical details.
• Maintain and update models with design revisions, ensuring proper version control.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and qualified persons for submission drawings and regulatory approvals.
• Work closely with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure CAD/BIM standards and effective space coordination.
• Develop 2D/3D BIM deliverables, perform material take‑offs and support clash detection during coordination meetings.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure BIM deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certificate in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in CAD design and coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D and P&ID tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a structured, detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver projects on time.
