M&E Manager – Construction of New High‑Rise Condo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical aspects of a new high‑rise condominium project. You will oversee documentation, tender processes, and daily site activities, ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer M&E documents and manage tendering for M&E contracts.
• Lead project management for all mechanical and electrical works on site.
• Coordinate installation activities with various internal departments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and M&E subcontractors to maintain project progress.
• Resolve design conflicts and technical issues with subcontractors.
• Conduct regular meetings with M&E and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building projects, preferably high‑rise condos.
• Prior experience with a main contractor is highly advantageous.
