Receptionist / Client Service (Studio Host)

About the role

Poddster is looking for a friendly and proactive Studio Host to be the first point of contact for clients visiting our podcast studio in Singapore. You will ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, high‑quality experience while maintaining the studio’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answering inquiries and guiding them through the studio process.
• Coordinate studio bookings, manage client flow, and ensure timely start‑ups of sessions.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment readiness, and overall logistics.
• Uphold Poddster’s hospitality standards and contribute ideas to improve in‑person client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer‑facing role such as flight attendant, hotel front desk, or receptionist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong organizational attention to detail.
• Passion for serving customers and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English.
