About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our distributed team. The role is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling and the chance to work from anywhere within your region while supporting business operations through accurate data handling.
Key responsibilities
- Enter large volumes of data into internal databases, spreadsheets and management systems.
- Transcribe information from digital and document‑based sources and keep records up‑to‑date.
- Verify accuracy of entered data, correct inconsistencies and perform routine quality checks.
- Process customer records, inventory details, financial transactions and administrative documentation.
- Generate reports or summaries for management when required.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data security and compliance with privacy standards.
Required profile
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 98 % accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with database or CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality practices.
