Senior Contracts Manager – Up to SGD12,000/month

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead our contracts team on a large‑scale construction project in Singapore, expected to complete in 2027. The role involves full‑cycle contract administration, tendering, and commercial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the contracts team to meet project and departmental goals.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee tender preparation, submission and analysis to secure new projects.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow and financial performance related to contracts.
• Manage claims, variations, dispute resolution and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence and document registers.
• Engage with stakeholders, representing the firm in negotiations and industry forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record leading contract teams and handling large‑scale tenders.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices and industry standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management software.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
