Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Enterprise Risk Management (1yr Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team on a 1‑year contract. Based in our Raffles Place office, you will help embed a robust ERM framework across business units and support the Head of ERM on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll‑out ERM initiatives, including Control Self‑Assessment and Key Risk Indicators, to strengthen risk culture.
• Facilitate periodic risk and control assessments with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular risk management reports and provide independent assurance to Management and Board Risk Committees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of ERM implementation across business units.
• Draft the ERM section of the Annual Report and manage the bi‑annual Risk Assurance sign‑off in line with SGX requirements.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments for the Head of ERM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Internal Audit.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to accounting, finance or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial statements accurately.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
