Account Management Manager

About the role

Foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero, is looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join its Singapore team. You will own a diverse portfolio of restaurant partners, driving sustainable growth through strong relationships, data-led decisions and effective commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance: deliver against KPIs such as GMV, advertising revenue and operations, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities and balance short-term delivery with long-term partner growth.
• Analyse account performance to turn data into insights and recommendations on order growth, customer acquisition, conversion and advertising investment.
• Build practical, insight-led growth plans for priority accounts, working with partners on promotions, advertising, assortment optimisation and seasonal campaigns, and replicate successful approaches across accounts.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for restaurant partners, leading negotiations and influencing decisions while balancing partner needs with foodpanda's growth and profitability objectives.
• Drive execution of commercial initiatives from start to finish, resolve recurring operational or commercial issues and escalate material risks appropriately.

Required profile

• Typically 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or a comparable commercial role, with a track record of delivering against targets.
• Experience managing B2B relationships, ideally in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, advertising or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial data and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
