Account Relationship Executive (Client Relationship Executive)

About the role

Eurofins Mechem is looking for a Senior Account Relationship Executive in Singapore. The role manages and grows key client accounts while delivering high-quality customer service and technical solutions, combining relationship management, strategic sales and account oversight to drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for major clients, understand their needs and guide them on Eurofins Mechem's capabilities and services
• Review accounts, identify improvements and host client visits, audits and presentations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on account strategies and revenue targets
• Support proposals, quotations and negotiations, and monitor market trends and client feedback
• Coordinate client requests with operations teams in line with SOPs and contracts, and supervise sample collection, processing and report delivery
• Ensure accuracy of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and client reports, and provide custom reports and data reviews when requested
• Lead process improvement initiatives, mentor junior account executives and train teams on CRM, eLIMS and ComLims

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Business or a related field; relevant diplomas and experience also considered
• 2-7 years of experience in account management, client relationship management or sales, preferably in laboratory or testing services
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and scientific methodologies is a plus
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, confidentiality and leadership and mentoring skills
• Occasional outdoor sampling or client site visits and travel for meetings and audits may be required
