Accountant – Management Accounts & GST Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to manage the full spectrum of management accounting functions for our Singapore office. The role involves handling general ledger, receivables, payables, and GST compliance while supporting audit and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain management accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and compile audit schedules.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors, company secretaries and tax agents.
• Develop consolidation worksheets and related reporting materials.
• Analyse financial data and present findings to the Group Financial Controller.
• Assist in the preparation of half‑yearly financial announcements.
• Manage payment processes and coordinate with suppliers.
• Register new entities for GST and ensure accurate GST reporting.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accountancy or related field (minimum).
• ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
