Accounting Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Officer to join ASL ProWorld Solution in Singapore. The role bridges finance and sales, providing essential support to the sales team while ensuring accurate handling of invoices, contracts and customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Craft new sales proposals and manage contract renewals
• Schedule product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone and retrieve account information
• Maintain and update internal CRM databases with accurate account details
• Perform back‑office sales tasks to assist Account Executives as needed
• Research market trends and competitive landscape
• Create reports on sales and marketing campaigns
• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
• Address payment issues and resolve discrepancies
• Identify new revenue prospects and support business growth

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or a similar role
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills
