About the role

Join Seven Retail as an Aesthetic Doctor based in Singapore, leading the clinical and commercial development of the new Sozo Skin clinic. You will deliver personalized aesthetic treatments while shaping product offerings and clinic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and recommend personalized aesthetic treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic procedures within your qualifications and scope of practice.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, and after‑care.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products based on patient needs.
• Advise on treatment menu, pricing, products, and packages from both medical and commercial perspectives.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinic team to develop and launch new treatments and products.
• Build strong patient relationships to support retention and clinic growth.
• Support marketing initiatives and create educational content to enhance the clinic’s medical credibility.
• Maintain high standards of clinical safety, professionalism, and patient care.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent) and registration with the Singapore Medical Council with a valid practising certificate.
• Relevant aesthetic qualifications or COCs where applicable.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, general practice, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong interest in aesthetics and skincare.
• Commercial mindset with ability to understand patient needs and communicate the value of treatments and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient‑focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
