Airport Screening Officer – Fixed Shift, Training Provided, Bonus

About the role

The Airport Screening Officer ensures the safety and security of Changi Airport by managing access points, screening personnel, vehicles and baggage, and responding to security incidents. This full‑time position operates on a 12‑hour shift schedule, either rotating or permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Manning static and access control points.
• Checking passes and identification documents.
• Screening all personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
• Patrolling and guarding client personnel and property.
• Operating metal detectors, explosive detectors and X‑ray machines at checkpoints.
• Issuing visitor and contractor passes.
• Responding to alarm activations and unattended baggage incidents.
• Monitoring CCTV systems.
• Maintaining accurate incident records.

Required profile

• Junior Executive level.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts (rotating or permanent).
• Ability to work onsite at an airport environment.

Required skills

• Operation of metal detectors.
• Operation of explosive detection equipment.
• Operation of X‑ray screening machines.
• CCTV monitoring.
