Architectural Designer – Junior or Senior

About the role

Our client, a leading firm in the architectural sector, is looking for an Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in Sin Ming. The role offers exposure to a variety of projects, from concept development to construction monitoring, and welcomes candidates at both junior and senior levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, research and feasibility studies to gather essential project data.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs that meet project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings, 3D renderings and design presentations.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes and authority regulations, and manage the submission and approval process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate design and constructability.
• Monitor construction progress to verify alignment with design intent and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, building codes and submission processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
