Assistant Client Manager – Affinity

About the role

Join Marsh’s Affinity team in Singapore as an Assistant Client Manager. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and supports a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients with tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute insurance solutions aligned with client business objectives and risk profiles.
• Prepare new and renewal proposals and quotation slips using Microsoft Office.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters, brokers, and carriers to secure competitive rates.
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate policy updates, renewals, and claims.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and underwriting principles.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
