Assistant Manager, Content & Website Management (OneMotoring)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Content & Website Management (OneMotoring) is responsible for administering the LTA OneMotoring portal, with end-to-end accountability for its content strategy, design and access management. The role leads a team so that the portal stays current, accurate, visually engaging and compliant with publishing standards, working closely with internal stakeholders and using AI tools and design capabilities to improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Preferably 2 years of experience in website management, digital content creation or UX/UI design
• Ability to use AI tools for content generation, image creation, data analytics or workflow optimisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and good visual sensibility for layout, typography and user experience
• A self-starter curious about emerging digital trends

Required skills

• Design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Adobe Experience Manager or an equivalent CMS platform preferred
• A portfolio of design work and/or digital content projects is advantageous
