About the role

CÉ LA VI Singapore is looking for an Assistant Manager for its Day Club Lounge, located at Level 57, Tower 3, Marina Bay Sands. The role leads one of the brand's most relaxed and uplifting spaces, from noon to sunset, with a hands-on approach that coaches the team and anticipates guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Day Club Lounge and coach the team so every guest feels looked after
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personal moments that exceed expectations
• Handle feedback and service recovery with warmth, calm and confidence, staying hands-on on the floor
• Set the standard for service excellence across every shift

Required profile

• At least 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, ideally in day clubs, beach clubs, lounges or nightlife
• Pride in service excellence and ability to set the standard for the team
• Enjoys developing people, with coaching and feedback coming naturally
• Comfortable handling feedback and service recovery
