Assistant Manager (Marketing) – Postgraduate & Continuing Education

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager (Marketing) to lead marketing initiatives for its postgraduate and continuing education programmes. You will shape the digital presence of the school, engage healthcare professionals and institutional partners, and help grow enrolments across B2C and B2B segments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement integrated marketing and business development plans to support student recruitment and partnership cultivation.
• Create and manage digital campaigns on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Optimise SEO/SEM and paid media to improve visibility, lead generation and conversions.
• Design targeted outreach to hospitals, healthcare groups and professional associations to build awareness and generate leads.
• Oversee the production of high‑quality marketing collateral including brochures, e‑mail newsletters and other digital content.

• Proactive, strategic thinker with a strong interest in medical education and professional development.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences of healthcare professionals and institutional partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary academic environment.
