Assistant Manager – Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support Nanyang Business School in attracting high‑quality candidates for its graduate programmes. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies, the role combines marketing, recruitment and admissions responsibilities to ensure a seamless student journey.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product marketing and branding activities for the Nanyang Fellows MBA programme.
• Maintain and update programme media assets, including websites, social channels and brochures.
• Coordinate with external agencies for media campaigns, artwork, copy, photoshoots and video productions.
• Generate and nurture leads, consult prospects on programme suitability, and represent graduate programmes at education fairs and information sessions.
• Support application and admission processes for the Nanyang Fellows MBA and Master in Asset & Wealth Management programmes, including data entry into Slate and Oracle.
• Manage scholarship processes and ensure high service quality for applicants.

Required profile

• Degree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, recruitment or admissions.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with an eye for detail.

Required skills

• Experience with media strategy and digital marketing, including SEM, content and social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general cloud software.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
