Assistant Vice President, Lending Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Citi is seeking a high‑caliber finance professional to join its Wealth Lead Finance Office as an Assistant Vice President, Lending Analyst. You will act as the dedicated finance partner for Singapore Cards, Personal Lending, and cross‑market Securities‑Based Lending portfolios, turning complex data into clear commercial narratives that shape business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Singapore Cards, Personal Lending, and Securities‑Based Lending teams, advising on performance and strategic priorities.
• Lead short‑ and long‑term budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, coordinating with FP&A, Treasury, Risk, and business partners.
• Analyze portfolio financial performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce financial reports, dashboards, and performance analytics covering key metrics and trends.
• Prepare and contribute to Business Review materials, collaborating closely with COO and CRO teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within consumer lending or related finance functions.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working with product, country, and senior leadership teams.
• Ability to operate within a focused team of finance professionals and manage multiple priorities.
