Assistant/Deputy Manager/Manager, Strategic Communications & Engagement

About the role

This role leads the planning and execution of service excellence initiatives, events, communication strategies and content for a group, engaging internal and external audiences and supporting informed decision-making. It is open to Assistant, Deputy Manager or Manager level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of service excellence initiatives, including presentation ceremonies and recognition programmes, aligned to the Group's values and strategy.
• Organise end-to-end events that build team cohesion, staff development and learning, including managing vendors and external partners.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Create digital collaterals, intranet materials and multimedia content that strengthens the Group's communications presence.
• Oversee e-information channels and management reporting so information is accurate, timely and useful for decisions.
• Deliver presentations and briefings for senior forums that turn complex information into clear narratives.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects, tracking progress and risks.

Required profile

• Knowledge in any discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement or related fields.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a track record of motivating and developing team members.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, and excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, resourceful and adaptable, able to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in video production and editing, and in creating visual content with tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Broad experience with digital communications platforms is an advantage.
