Associate Manager - Human Resources

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is looking for an Associate Manager - Human Resources. The role offers the chance to influence how employees learn, grow and experience the organisation, working on initiatives spanning culture, learning, engagement, wellness and talent development, and collaborating with teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Shape culture, learning and employee experience: support culture, talent and learning initiatives, lead end-to-end learning and development programmes, and curate mentoring, coaching, learning marketplaces, workshops and digital learning solutions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and local HR teams on regional people initiatives, and support graduate programmes and talent management processes.
• Create engaging employee communications and campaigns, using intranet pages, videos and multimedia content, and act as subject matter expert for the employee engagement survey platform.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners, monitor programme budgets and expenses, and prepare post-programme evaluations and management reports.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Culture or a related HR discipline.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience using digital channels and multimedia content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills for interpreting survey data.
• Creative, proactive and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Proficiency in AI and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
