Automation & Data Visualization Specialist

About the role

The NETS Group, a payments services group operating Singapore's national debit scheme, is hiring an Automation & Data Visualization Specialist in Braddell. The role leads SOC automation and data analytics, building reusable automation frameworks, maintaining data pipelines and dashboards, and mentoring SOC engineers and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for SOC tasks such as alert triage, enrichment, reporting and investigations, and build reusable frameworks in Python, PowerShell and workflow orchestration tools
• Maintain integrations across SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, ticketing and threat intelligence platforms
• Design and maintain SOC data pipelines and perform data analysis, including basic machine learning use cases
• Build executive dashboards and automate weekly/monthly SOC reports, tracking MTTD, MTTR, alert volumes and false positive rates
• Work with SOC analysts to improve triage workflows and support incident response through data correlation
• Serve as technical lead and mentor SOC engineers and analysts, collaborating with Cyber Defence, IR, IT, Cloud and Data teams

Required profile

• 7+ years in logic automation, cybersecurity, data engineering or SOC automation roles
• 5+ years in SOC automation, security engineering or data analytics
• 3+ years in a senior or lead technical role
• Preferred: experience in financial services, banking or payment systems

Required skills

• Python (mandatory), PowerShell, Bash, PowerApps, RPA, Power BI
• API integrations (REST, JSON) and data processing libraries such as Pandas
• SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, LogRhythm, SolarWinds), SOAR and playbook development
• Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Kibana) and ETL pipelines
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and logging/monitoring; MITRE ATT&CK and detection engineering knowledge preferred
