Aviation Finance Lawyer – Mid-level Associate (Singapore)

About the role

Join a leading international law firm as a mid‑level associate in its Aviation Finance practice based in Singapore. You will work on a variety of domestic and cross‑border mandates for airlines, lessors, banks and export credit agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle aviation finance transactions, including aircraft sales, leasing and structured finance.
• Work on shipping, offshore financing and restructuring matters.
• Draft and negotiate complex, multi‑jurisdictional agreements.
• Manage matters with appropriate supervision and collaborate closely with senior lawyers.
• Provide commercial advice to clients across the aviation sector.

Required profile

• 4+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or an equivalent common‑law jurisdiction.
• Substantive experience in aviation finance.
• Strong drafting ability and a commercially‑minded approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore and work as part of a team.
