Beauty Advisor

About the role

A dynamic retail environment is looking for a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional service and guide customers through a curated range of beauty and skincare products. The role suits someone with a passion for beauty who enjoys a fast-paced, people-facing position.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally and friendily, creating a positive in-store experience
• Give personalised product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences
• Demonstrate the application and benefits of beauty, skincare and related products
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction high
• Maintain visual merchandising standards so displays stay tidy, well-stocked and appealing
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and industry trends through ongoing training
• Support stock management, including replenishment and inventory checks
• Work with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer journey across the floor

Required profile

• Prior retail, beauty or customer-facing experience is advantageous; candidates with a genuine interest in beauty and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, able to connect with a diverse clientele
• Passion for beauty, skincare and wellness products
• Proactive, self-motivated and committed to sales goals
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Detail-oriented and organised, with a positive disposition and a desire to help customers feel confident and informed
