Bentley OpenPlant BIM Coordinator

About the role

BIMXITY is looking for a skilled Bentley OpenPlant Coordinator to lead BIM implementation across its engineering projects in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date models and fostering collaboration among design, engineering, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the BIM Manager in developing and applying the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for assigned projects.
• Execute BIM processes according to the approved BEP.
• Coordinate the use of Bentley OpenPlant software across multiple projects.
• Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and construction disciplines.
• Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and perform regular BIM model reviews.
• Implement quality‑assurance procedures for models and drawings.
• Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve coordination issues.
• Track BIM progress, report potential issues, and provide updates in project meetings.
• Train and support team members on BIM workflows and software.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in design or construction engineering, with 4 years in a BIM Coordinator role on large‑scale projects.
• Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
