BIM Modeller / Senior BIM Modeller

About the role

DP Architects is seeking a BIM Modeller (or Senior BIM Modeller) to join its Singapore studio. The role involves creating and managing 2D/3D BIM models that support design, documentation and construction coordination for a variety of architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.
• Produce drawing sets and documentation directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and BIM Managers to meet project timelines.
• Maintain model quality, ensure correct element information at each project stage.
• Identify and resolve clashes during the modelling process and communicate issues to the project team.
• Support plan, design, presentation and documentation tasks.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience on BIM projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
