Brand Marketing Manager (Consumer Products)

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for a fast‑growing health and wellness company. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and expanding the brand across retail, e‑commerce and new distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement brand marketing plans that increase market share and revenue.
• Grow sales through retail networks, online marketplaces, corporate partnerships and emerging channels.
• Oversee online sales platforms, optimise digital performance and manage e‑commerce initiatives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, content programmes and influencer collaborations.
• Analyse market trends, campaign results and sales data to refine tactics and improve ROI.
• Control marketing budgets, monitor commercial performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand positioning.
• Support long‑term business growth and future market expansion projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of brand or product marketing experience in the consumer products sector.
• Demonstrated success in growing product sales via retail and e‑commerce channels.
• Hands‑on experience managing online marketplaces or e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales and marketing data.
• Proven track record of planning integrated campaigns and managing agencies or partners.
• Existing network with retailers, distributors or marketing partners is highly preferred.
• Experience with consumer retail brands is a plus.
