About the role
Join Marsh's Multinational Incoming team in Singapore, supporting global clients' local insurance needs. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multinational client servicing by coordinating with overseas Marsh offices for local insurance requirements, including data gathering, renewal discussions, and post‑renewal activities.
- Deliver prompt and accurate processing of insurance requests, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Lead digital tools implementation and adoption, partnering with internal teams to support client use of Marsh systems.
- Implement action plans, monitor progress, and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in the general insurance industry.
- Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent; ANZIIF or ACII preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
