Business Analyst – Bank, Market & Securities

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead end‑to‑end transformation projects within Markets & Securities Services Operations. You will oversee project delivery, governance, stakeholder management and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to rollout, ensuring timelines, scope and business objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations and governance structures.
• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID) and manage change requests with appropriate mitigation and escalation.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, risk and external stakeholders to drive successful execution.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to organisational governance, audit, regulatory, data‑privacy and operational readiness standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and transformation programmes across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and experience working within formal governance processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are preferred.
