Business Development Executive – Up to $4,000 Base + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client base across Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, understand client training needs, and drive revenue for our IT and professional development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, targeting new business opportunities.
• Engage clients to assess training needs and propose suitable IT and professional development solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
• Drive sales for both public and customised training programmes.
• Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, and marketing to execute programmes successfully.
• Track sales performance, update pipeline, targets, and forecasts regularly.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a client‑facing mindset.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
