Business Development Lead - Memory Products

About the role

X-PHY is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Lead to drive aggressive growth for its Memory Product portfolio across the Industrial, Medical and Automotive sectors. This is a hunter's role: a leader who identifies and wins new business, breaks revenue ceilings and expands market share. The successful candidate develops and executes growth strategies, leads a high-performing team and keeps memory products competitive and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the Business Development team to hit ambitious growth targets, and build a growth plan targeting opportunities in the Industrial, Medical and Automotive sectors.
• Identify, pursue and secure new customers and partnerships, expand into untapped regions and industries, and negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track sales pipelines, conversion rates and revenue, and present regular business reviews to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of revenue growth in the Industrial, Medical or Automotive sectors.
• Hunter mentality and familiarity with the memory market; relevant industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 8 years in business development, sales leadership or key account management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
