About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead strategic growth initiatives by identifying and securing new corporate and hotel clients for our customized gifting solutions. This full‑time remote position focuses on building strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating across teams to deliver tailored marketing and gifting campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Formulate and execute strategies to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with brands, event companies, and corporate organisations.
- Manage negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Track sales performance, prepare business reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure business targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of corporate or B2B marketing and experience crafting proposals and contracts.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Self‑motivated and effective in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or corporate gifting is a plus.
- Mandarin language proficiency for Chinese clients.
